Here’s some insurance information that could help

Commercial health insurance

This includes private insurance plans provided by employers and unions or commercial health plan coverage purchased through the health insurance exchange.

Government-funded health insurance

This includes coverage offered through programs funded by the state or federal government, such as Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, and Veterans Affairs (VA).

Choose your type of health insurance

There are many types of commercial health plans that provide variations of coverage. You can obtain this coverage through your employer or through a direct purchase.

If you get your insurance through work, your company typically pays for a percentage of your monthly plan costs, and you cover the rest through a pretax deduction. If you pay for health insurance yourself, you likely purchase it directly through your union, a private policy, or a state health insurance marketplace or exchange.

While not every employer or exchange offers the same plan types, the most common options include:

  • Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
  • Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)
  • Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO)
  • Point-of-Service (POS) plan
  • Fee-for-Service (FFS) plan
  • High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)

If you have commercial insurance, VYEPTI offers a Copay Assistance Program that can help eligible patients pay as little as $0 per infusion, every 3 months.* Offer includes up to $200 in administration fees per VYEPTI treatment.
